AVC Raková, a.s. also produces cross spiders with different dimensions and also with internal splining for world class producers of trucks and heavy vehicles.

Production possibilities include:

• module m ≤ 8, quality class by DIN 3962 up to IT 7
• maximum size of gearing: D350 × 250 mm (spur, helical)
• maximum length of shaft: 450 mm
• maximum/minimum number of teeth: 500 / 16
• finishing by grinding or shaving
• possibility of longitudinal or cross teeth modification to 0,02 mm
• finishing by rolling (maximum module m ≤ 1,6)
• slotting of external gearing, module m ≤ 5
• possibility of deep drilling to D20 mm and length 500 mm
